SHOOTO 4 KIDS: Self defence for children. Classes concentrate on personal discipline, co-ordination, self-confidence and personal development. Exercises, techniques and games played during class help develop strength, fitness, flexibility and stamina. [more details]
MMA: The ultimate grappling style combining the best of Brazilian Jui Jitsu, wrestling, judo, boxing, and Muay Thai. A great all round work out. [more details]
WRESTLING: This class covers all aspects of the takedowns, base & balance of wrestling. It is an excellent sport by itself or in addition to compliment the students learning Jui-Jitsu and MMA.
SPARRING: Open training for those students wishing to compete and also have fun. Mouth guards are a must.
