Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is currently the fastest growing Martial Art in the world. A great way to get fit , learn self -defence ,balance and co-ordination , you will learn fundamental grappling concepts emphasizing on controling ,position, pins, throws and submission techniques using chokes ,armbars ,foot , ankle  and leglocks, while developing a base standard of fitness.
